I align with companies with rich identity and purpose, just like Van Cleef & Arpels. At the School of Jewelry arts, I immediately embraced the innovative nature of the project as I was hired to make it the success it is today. My career embraces retail luxury organizations and consulting firms, including Cartier, Chloe, Van Cleef & Arpels, and AT Kearney. My professional experience encompasses business development, strategic partnerships, operations, manufacturing, education and training, communication, retail, brand and people management. With a stint as Director of Van Cleef & Arpels gemstones department where I had the privilege of sourcing and selecting some of the most beautiful gems in the world for High jewelry creations, with the best in-house experts and industry players.I love to create, build bridges, explore ideas and empower people. Communicate and share.Key values and strengths: curiosity, kindness, empathy, trust and fun as accelerators of efficiency, priority for people management and team development; high adaptability and flexibility, anti-drama advocate, ongoing learning, creativity, passion for beauty in all its manifestations.
