In charge of all production aspects related to the Tout-Monde Festival (Caribbean Arts Festival in Miami) organized by the France Florida Foundation for the Arts in partnership with the Cultural Services of the French Embassy.The Tout-Monde Festival takes place at 6 major arts institutions in Miami including the Wolfsonian, the Perez Art Museum Miami, Museum of Art and Design, Institute of Contemporary Art, the Koubek Center.Managing production for dance, music, piece of theatre, art exhibition, opening and closing ceremony with award ceremony, workshops for kids and teens:◆ Managing staff: Production Manager of Performing Arts, Art Project Officer and interns◆ Negotiating and organizing import/export of artworks to the dedicated spaces in Miami, within a given budget;◆ Organizing all administrative aspects: special event permits, COI, PO, NRO, hiring dedicated staffs (sound and light technicians) and contractors;◆ Coordinating, sourcing artistic materials for the projects; and local production◆ Managing logistics with all venues◆ Preparing Production planning; invoices and contracts;◆ Supervising Preparing production budget.
