This is a leadership coaching position with the City of Fort Collins and Colorado Association of Recreational Activities (CARA). Leading 30 kids through practices and meets three times a week, I coach youth ages 6-14 the fundamentals of long distance running, racing, and the importance of teamwork. I have gained valuable communications experience by sending weekly detailed emails to parents in regards to program details and scheduling. I successfully maintain healthy relationships with all parents and children.

As a recreation assistant, I fulfill front desk operations in The City of Fort Collins recreation department. In this position, I perform activity registrations, facility reservations, point of sale transactions, and membership sign ups. Additionally, I have extensive experience using RecTrac. I provide world class customer service in a fast paced environment, and communicate regularly with supervisors and coworkers to maintain such service. Since working this position, I have developed the ability to handle difficult patrons and to diffuse difficult situations.
