- Executes regular, value-add programming and events for FORGE’s startups to support the long-term realization of mission-focused, programmatic success across the organization- Manages infrastructure and serves as point of contact for FORGE’s Innovation Advisor program, connecting startups with right-fit experts- Deploys non-dilutive Product Development Grant funding to startups, driving application collection, judging, and awarding processes and timeline- Actively engages in representing the organization, enhancing external relationships, and supporting visibility to drive growth within the innovation ecosystem

- Assisted in the delivery of high-value founder, network, and strategic programming, which included helping plan events through writing briefing documents, designing workshop materials, and compiling content from key internal stakeholders- Sourced early-stage companies and research projects for Blueprint, a program exploring commercialization opportunities, and owned Blueprint Expo Day, coordinating different pitch tracks while simultaneously managing founder programming in the event space- Supported portfolio companies through market research, researched and compiled information about key partners to facilitate growth for the portfolio, and contributed to efforts to measure and quantify the impact of The Engine’s work as well as that of its portfolio companies
