  At Morleys, I lead the Customer Strategy for acquisition and loyalty marketing campaigns, for 8 independent department stores located across London and Newbury, and one e-commerce store. I lead the design and communication set-up for the store loyalty programmes ("Rewards"), through which I grow and retain membership using email (Ometria), paid social, a digital card (mobile wallet) and in-store events. I manage a team of four email marketing executives and digital designers.Achievements to highlight:• Growing Rewards customer revenue from 48% to 58.5% of total group revenue, through new loyalty initiatives (in 1.5 years).• Email is our marketing channel with the largest reach and engagement; group average open rate is 41.3% (for 2 stores it is over 47%).• Introducing SMS marketing to the business, by partnering with our digital Reward card provider. We can tactically spend on SMS where we cannot send push notifications. • Establishing paid social campaigns to support in-store events and departments, and grow our online business.• Identifying our top spending customers and collaborating with their favourite brands to offer them special experiences.• Built strategic automated email campaigns to reduce time between purchases and increase customer lifetime value.• Implemented reporting to monitor owned and paid marketing results on a weekly and monthly basis.
