Under the supervision of a forensic psychiatrist, I reviewed documents, transcribed audio-visual interviews, and abstracted medico-legal charts for child and adolescent cases generally involving abuse. I also conducted literature reviews on a variety of topics for civil and criminal cases, and aided in trial preparation.

I interviewed and conducted initial assessment of personal injuries suffered by former patients of medical clinic services in connection with a mass tort proceeding.

I administered several class action and mass tort projects, including sexual misconduct, personal injury, wage and hour, and antitrust cases. For each project, I developed processes for data review, and supervised the teams reviewing the data. I also assisted with platform development, claim form processing, notice mailing, and other complex administrative processes to ensure accurate financial disbursements to settlement claimants. I answered claimants’ questions and explained administrative processes to help them make informed decisions about their options. In the past, I oversaw a team of 13 interviewers who were assessing claims of personal injuries in a sexual misconduct settlement. I also managed a Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) mandated independent third-party review of an automotive company.

I supervised a team of 24 interviewers, managed their schedules and processed invoices, while in direct communication with the Claims Administrator and the Special Master’s Panel, both appointed by a judge to oversee a class action lawsuit (project was conducted under and remains subject to strict Confidentiality and Protective Order). I interviewed and conducted initial assessment of personal injuries suffered by former patients of OB/GYN in connection with the class action lawsuit.

I worked with a group of young adults aged 17-19 who were participating in a gap year program after completing high school and before entering university or another non-academic pursuit. My primary responsibilities included: maintaining student wellbeing (physical and emotional health); engaging students intellectually as they participated in academics, travelled, and developed their individual Jewish identity; and developing and facilitating programming on a variety of topics. This program was cut short because of the Coronavirus pandemic.
