Research and evaluation focus on harm reduction and opioid use disorder research, maternal and family health. Manages project databases, conducts routine quality assurance procedures, cleans data, creates comprehensive reports with detailed analytics using Excel, SPSS, Alchemer, Dedoose. Provides IRB and DSMB oversight and data safety management for projects. Collaborates with project community advisory boards and stakeholders. Develops and administers data collection instruments and conducts key informant interviews and focus groups with various clients, participants, and stakeholders. Supports proposal and grant writing activities such as proposal task management, form completion, literature reviews, managing references and citations, drafting proposal content, obtaining letters of support. Active member of departmental DEI advisory group.
