I am a passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individual deeply committed to leaving the world a better place than I found it. As a board member and executive I have volunteered with various non-profits including contributing to establishing non-profit organisations, chairing meetings as well as assisting treasurer and secretary roles. I have specialised in other roles such as grants, community engagement, fundraising and sustainability.I completed a Business Research Masters at QUT, focusing on value co-creation in community engagement practices within the performing arts context. I was employed by the Queensland University of Technology in events management for large scale public Festivals such as Robotronica and CreateX. I also worked for the Creative Industries, Music and Student Engagement faculties. With over 15 years of experience in the arts and community sector, I have worked in various roles, including as a co-producer, tour manager for national and international tours, community engagement strategist, as well as a cellist and workshop facilitator for youth across Australia and internationally. Across Australia and the world I have engaged with diverse communities, emphasizing accessible music and community programs.I excel in adaptability, working both independently and collaboratively within teams.
