Commercial and Product Manager of Newsquest's online Business Directory, Click2find. Responsible for achieving Budgets in excess of £800k across 31 sales houses in the UK. Significantly increasing audience, by 78% (c.600,000 Unique Browsers) and revenue by more than £50k on year, through working with local sales teams to ensure their knowledge and confidence in the product to be the best it can be.Key results/projects:• 8% year on year growth in online directory sales in a tough Classified Services market.• Active & regular communication of product development to the wider business.• Creation of accompanying marketing material and sales presentations.• Hands on approach to motivating and influencing colleagues across the group.• Delivery of effective ongoing digital training & coaching to local sales managers & print reps.• Online directory champion, providing support function for all technical, user and sales queries.• Exploration and management of new opportunities.• Listening and acting on feedback from Local Managers around the Business.• Product development and ongoing strategy to ensure customer satisfaction.• Working in an agile way to put forward business cases and project objectives.• Liaising with stakeholders at all levels.• Monitoring performance against Budget and taking action where necessary.
