My role has been instrumental in converting a 2 star pub into a destination dining restaurant with rooms. Hearth our restaurant has maintained its Rosette since 2021 to date. Guests interfacing, running services, tasting menus, working wuth Chefs on menu creations using the best of locally sourced ingredients and a complete day to day running of the operations is my primary role

Successfully ran and managed large scale financial events in Middle East, Asia & Africa. My areas of expertise were generating sponsorships from Banks for events. Dealing with financial regulators, such as Centrals Banks along with coordinating high touch dinner banquets for our clients. Successfully ran large scale events of 1000 delegates to more niche and high touch private dinners. The role, required me to travel across countries from the Middle East, to Malaysia, Singapore, Djibouti, Sudan, Kenya & Uganda.
