These roles comprise the following:- Formation of trusts, incorporation of offshore companies and takeover of various structure- Termination or transfer out of trusts and offshore companies- Draft of trust deeds, minutes and resolutions, various agreements and legal documents & preparation of share certificates and registers of members- Opening bank accounts, bank relationship, payments and forex instructions- Assisting on various investments- Preparation of due diligence & introduction to Compliance processes- Preparation and attendance of meetings with clients and external services providers- Correspondence, filing and archiving
