One Act - Aid for Ukraine is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing immediate, direct personal aid to individuals and families impacted by the war in Ukraine and working supporting the local volunteer groups who are bearing the brunt of the humanitarian effort on the ground.

I spent about six years with Sid Lee, six incredible years of entrepreneurial adventure and personal growth, both as a thought leader and a team leader. In that time, I helped open Sid Lee Paris in 2010 and Sid Lee NYC in 2012. My responsibilities included: - Establishing strategy as a core discipline and build the department in both shops.- Overseeing all clients and pitch strategies. - Participating in building the internal culture, external positioning and new business strategy in both markets.- Managing teams and mentoring young talents.Key results:- Paris - in just two years, we grew from 6 to 30 employees, winning every piece of business and setting the foundations for a multi-awarded agency with clients such as Ubisoft, adidas, Carlsberg.- NYC - in three years, we grew from 5 to 60 employees and achieved close to 20% of margin growth yoy. When I left we had signed 4 major retainers: Facebook, Absolut, Stella Artois and Merrell.
