Started a new Free Agent assignment with the dynamic and creative Business Transformation team at the Department of Justice.AI Awareness and Culture

During my Free Agent assignment with the Leadership Capacity Building at ISED, I was part of the small team who planned, designed, and delivered the new ‘Getting EX Ready’ program, a key initiative of ISED’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy. This program aims to increase employment equity representation at the executive level by providing developmental opportunities and showcasing talent that may have been previously overlooked. Extensive research was conducted with various departments, internal EDI networks and an external EDI committee to ensure the program modeled best practices of inclusion. The program allows a more inclusive and equitable pathway to executive leadership for individuals from diverse backgrounds.Happy to share our little team is among the finalists for the 2023 Government of Canada HR Excellence Award which will be attributed on October 17!

As a Senior Learning Specialist in the Leadership Development team at the Canadian Foreign Service Institute, I manage a large portfolio of organizational development, change management interventions and leadership development courses.I have put my trainer and facilitator's skills to good use at Head Office in Ottawa and offices abroad in Mexico, London, Buenos Aires, Dakar, Prague, and more. My passion for adult education and accompanying others in their professional and personal development has led me to receive numerous accolades from my peers, managers and clients. Dedicating most of my career to adult education, self awareness, team building, organizational development, change management, and strategic planing with culturally diverse clients, has provided the opportunity to enlarge and deepen my practice. This has naturally lead me to the world of solution focused coaching where each individual develops their full potential to become the best version of themselves.

As the Founder of Better Travel Photos, it was a pleasure to work with our dedicated team of photographers who lead photo tours, workshops and portrait sessions in Paris and London. I wore the many hats of a small business owner, from leading hundreds of workshops myself, identifying new talents, recruiting and training every photographer on our team, ensuring our international clients' satisfaction, to developing partnerships with several agencies in Australia, the UK, Canada and others.
