* Liaised with Southbank Centre’s Resident and Associate Orchestras and Creative Learning partner Tomorrow’s Warriors; scheduled meetings, booked venues, and resolved safeguarding issues.* Strategic development of the gamelan programme (Indonesian percussion orchestra of between 5 and 25 participants); Expanded Southbank Centre’s Women in Music strand (and database) including conducting masterclasses with Marin Alsop, and networking breakfasts in London and Rotterdam; recruited 96 musicians for the Women of the World Orchestra for performances with Sandi Toksvig in London and Marin Alsop in Davos; produced performances, talks and workshops as part of the New Music Biennial and Soundstate Festival; founded a Composers’ Collective; produced a Sitarathon with Sukanya Shankar, classical music receptions for young people, and a Beginner’s Guide to Classical Music performance.

* Managed team of freelance tutors to deliver ongoing adult, youth and school-aged courses and workshops. I personally ran a range of workshops including a partnership with SCOPE (working with disabled adults), and developed Dragon Babies - Gamelan for 3-5 year olds as a new strand of early years work. * Delivered cross-genre massed participatory projects including: Discover Indonesia – a weekend of arts and culture from Indonesia; free participatory activity for the Yehudi Menuhin Competition Weekend (2015); Tabla Takeover with Zakir Hussein and Kuljit Bhamra – massed tabla workshop and performance with over 120 participants.

* Managed Southbank Centre Gamelan Programme (Indonesian percussion orchestra). Notable highlights:* The Overture Gamelanathon (2007) with 24 UK gamelan groups celebrating the re-opening of the Royal Festival Hall; Saving Paradise Weekend (2007), gamelan groups from Cumbria, Reading & London; an all-night shadow-puppet play and a gamelan symposium; Festival of Neighbourhood ‘Gamelanathon’ (2013), 32 performances in one weekend included UK gamelan ensembles, 8 visiting Javanese musicians, dancers and puppeteers and a premier performance by Australian artists Suharto/Kotlowy; Sharing Good Vibrations – a four-day symposium to celebrate gamelan music and the arts in criminal Justice (2014).

Frequently performs with ensembles across the UK and Europe including Southbank Gamelan Players, Hammer & Bronze, Siswa Sukra, Cambridge Gamelan Society, Oxford Gamelan Society, Durham Gamelan Society, Gamelan Na Gaillimve (Galway) and gamelan groups in Amsterdam and Graz, Austria.* Media: live broadcasts and interviews for BBC radio 3 In Tune, Yolanda’s Band Jam (CBeebies) and BBC4 documentary Revolution and Romance: Musical Masters of the 19th Century, Party Like it's 1899, presented by Suzy Klein.* Tutored gamelan for a number of institutions including Southbank Centre, London, LSO St. Luke’s, The Sage Gateshead, RNCM, RCM, Open Arts, Belfast and the International School of Amsterdam.

Working closely with the Founder and Artistic Director of NW Live Arts to write policies and procedures to inform NW Live governance and best practice in relation to freelance and artist engagement, health and safety (including risk assessment and safeguarding), privacy and data policy, financial monitoring, processing and reporting, and evaluation.Responsible for contracting freelancers/artists engaged by NW Live Arts and to assist with job descriptions, budget compiling, project development and funding bids.Building cases of support to develop relationships with partner organisations and charities to expand the work of NW Live Arts with vulnerable participants and harder to engage communities.

Projects included: Streetwise Opera performance with homeless participants in the Clore Ballroom (December 2008); The Simon Bolivar Youth Orchestra residency education projects (Apr 2009); The Bernstein Project launch, Mass Rally (2009); Lang Lang Inspires project (May 2011) – managing recruitment, rehearsals and performances of 101 young pianists to perform at the Royal Festival Hall.

Coordinated 15 Artists-in-Residence; processing invoices and finance requests, venue bookings, collating data for funding applications and assisting with the logistics and production for 'Collision' - a two-week-long artistic residential project (2010).

A community singing project with approximately 3000 UK subscribers. Coordinated auditions, rehearsals, and performances for the Christmas Carol Sing-In and a two choir-two week run for the Lost & Found Orchestra show in the Royal Festival Hall.

Whilst undertaking doctoral studies, worked as part of a team responsible for the welfare of students at Finsbury Halls of Residence. Duties included reception and security cover as well as dealing with emergency evacuation and maintenance situations, First Aid and student pastoral care.
