I work for the WealthiHer Network, the UK's female empowerment authority. Our mission is to drive the economic advancement of women. There are vast gaps for women, from the pay and pension gaps to confidence and leadership gaps. We exist to give women the knowledge tools and networks to overcome these barriers. We are there for the women that mind the gaps and want to change them.We work in partnership with the United Nation's Girl's Up initiative.

Managed the regional new business team.Set up Mission Unstoppable, an entrepreneurial challenge for corporates such as Vodafone and Samsung.Recently hosted a panel event on 'How to stay Relevant with Gen Z', with Dr. PAW PAW, Domino's and Vodafone.

I led on the national Million Makers challenge- one of the UK's biggest entrepreneurial challenges. Million Makers is the ultimate, entrepreneurial fundraising competition- offering a fantastic learning and development experience to employees. Many companies cite Million Makers as a key reason to partnering with The Prince’s Trust.Worked with over 30 companies to raise £1.3millon during the pandemic. Responsible for launching the challenge virtually during lockdown. Co-hosted the Million Makers national finals with Russell Kane.Managed a team of 4

Managed a portfolio of some of the UK's largest charity partnerships, including Ascential, Sony PlayStation, Accenture, National Express and Jagex.

Oversaw business development for the agency. Role involved working with all departments to generate new clients and activate cold accounts . Also assisted with events. Reported into the Marketing Director .

• Cultivated strong relationships with local businesses to find sponsors and maximise computer donations • Successfully pitched our project to Wilkinsons, which enabled us to use their stores to hold fundraising events to generate funds for the project • Pitched our project at a BNI UK (Business and Networking) event, successfully enrolling Third Hand UK as a member, enabling us to receive weekly computer donations from businesses around Nottingham • Attended a weekly morning breakfast, networking with local business leaders • Responsible for designing and developing newsletters to promote Third Hand UK

• Coordination & leadership of outdoor activities, including caring for both adults and children with mental and physical disabilities

• Visited four children individually on a weekly basis to help them achieve their potential at GCSE

Involved preparing and presenting training sessions for university students to enhance their chances of employment. This involved providing CV enhancement classes to students of all years and helping them improve their interview technique.
