This includes overseeing;Systems & Process Management;• Managing and maintaining recruitment systems including our ATS and CRM systems• Managing the onboarding process for all contract staff including all compliance aspects • Conduct regular system audits and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance• Train and support users on system functionalities and best practicesTeam Collaboration & Enablement;• Develop and deliver training programs and materials for the recruitment team• Create and maintain documentation for recruitment processes • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure team members are fully enabled and correct processes are followed• Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into the senior leadership team.• Work closely with individual consultants to understand their needs and challenges.• Act as a liaison between the recruitment team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaborationProject Management:• Owning project oversight for specific recruitment projects across multiple clients. For example running yearly early careers assessment days/centres, providing scoring methodologies and assisting with offers and onboarding for our customers.• Co-ordinating different assessment processes for clients including a focus of technical and sales assessments

Working through a RPO solution via Data Careers spanning over 15 years service, I performed the role of Operations & Compliance Lead for the Civica UK Talent Acquisition team for just over 3 years.Duties includes;• Management of all internal recruitment systems and processes, including regular audits and troubleshooting• Owning and managing various data reporting to provide insight for the senior leadership team • Working closely with the Civica People Team to ensure smooth onboarding of all new permanent and contract hires• Working closely with the Civica Compliance and Improvement team to ensure all compliance and data legislations are adhered to within recruitment policy• Project ownership of various recruitment projects including Graduate and Apprenticeship recruitment over 2 years, helping to design and deliver successful assessment centres
