This has led me to acknowledge the path I wish to take to further my career.Key accountabilities for this role include:• Responsible the delivery of standard products from receipt of order through to billing.• Keeping customers and other interested parties updated on order status and taking appropriate action to ensure customer expectations are being managed appropriately.• Working with internal operational departments acting as the voice of the customer to ensure services are delivered to contractual service levels and to the customers’ satisfaction.• Tracking and updating internal systems with order details and consistently jeopardy managing orders to ensure tasks are monitored and escalated as appropriate.• Overseeing and managing the delivery of complex projects.• Supporting Customer Service strategy against tangible delivery targets.
