With a strong background in psychology: BSc (Hons) Psychology, from the University of Stirling/2:1. I have evidenced a key strength of building strong relationships with both children and their families, providing them with the support and guidance they need to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.I am skilled in implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies to address behavioral and emotional challenges, faced by children and adolescents and I am also experienced in crisis management and have the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.In addition to my technical skills, I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which enable me to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including teachers, forensic/clinical psychologists, social workers and Police Scotland.
