After leaving SHSC Handrails, I carried on my training with Claranet. My current roll is within a large team, which I have enjoyed and feel as though I have developed into a great team member - as well as being able to work successfully on my own. This role is based within the order placement team, here I have developed sales experience by talking to the clients, 3rd party product suppliers and internal teams. Here I used different databases including SharePoint and excel to relay information and data to the stakeholders involved.

Before beginning my Project Management training, I was working as a PA within this company. During that time I was doing the filing, keeping the project boards up to date, contacting and trying to gain sales from new customers.Since I started my training as a Project Manager, I have been dealing more head on with clients and projects. On a daily basis I am contacting current clients to keep each project on track, giving updates and informing them of any changes to this projects. I have created a small ‘newsletter’ to send to both current and future clients to introduce them to new and existing products.
