A proactive and driven graduate with a first-class honours degree in BSc Liberal Arts and Science, majoring in Sustainability. Experienced in project management, data analysis, and communication, I am actively seeking graduate schemes, internships, and entry-level roles in Sustainability, ESG, CSR, and related fields.Passionate about driving sustainability initiatives and contributing to meaningful change, my primary interests include sustainability in ethical supply chains, circular economy models, human rights and innovative materials within FMCG, particularly fashion, beauty, tourism and the food and beverage sectors.During the 2023/24 academic year, I studied abroad at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. There, I broadened my academic portfolio by studying Marine Ecology, sparking my passion for marine mammal conservation, and joining the Net Impact team as a consultant, enhancing my sustainable consulting competencies. Additionally, I became an initiated member of Gamma Phi Beta, forging lifelong friendships.In my final year at UoB, I co-founded uShuffle, a fashion rental platform for students to borrow and lend clothes on a campus scale. This start-up, currently in the pre-launch stage, was inspired by a desire to tackle fast fashion consumption by providing an affordable alternative. As project manager, I cultivated problem-solving skills and developed financial literacy.As a level one netball coach, I worked at King Edward VI High School for Girls for two years, assisting in netball and tennis coaching for girls aged 11-18. I honed my organizational and leadership skills through planning and leading sessions and found great satisfaction in supporting the girls and seeing their abilities improve.Playing for the University of Birmingham Netball Club taught me the value of teamwork and helped me build solid relationships. In my second year, I acted as the club’s welfare secretary.With my strong academic background and drive, I am confident in my ability to make a positive and meaningful impact at the interface of people and the planet.
