My duties include dealing with new enquiries and/or faults over the phone, organising weekly staff calendars/rotas scheduling appointments, meetings and installations, regular inventory control and frequent ordering to meet demand.I have basic business accounting knowledge and experience from carrying out weekly book-keeping and preparing the business' accounts for quarterly VAT returns. Organisational skills were noticed very early on, arranging a time schedule to ensure all tasks were completed on target.Good computer skills, a quick learner and with a fine eye for detail ensuring that the work environment is kept clean and tidy at all times.

My duties includde covering reception, answering telephone calls and attending patients on clinic days and maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the Unit and Consultation Rooms. Monitoring email referrals regarding internal/external employees, transferring them to the database, and scheduling appointments for the employees to attend with Occupational Health Therapists, Doctors or Advisors dependent on the referral request are many of my other duties. I also updated employee records with medical notes and evidence after appointments have taken place. I arranged Health Surveillance Assessment appointments with Nurses for all Council employees from School Crossing Patrol to Waste Collection.
