Type A personality, Believer, Achiever, Lover of all things positive, and a Self-Diagnosed over-user of exclamation points, dots and emojis...!Here's a little about me:In 1999 I became one of only 7 women in the world to hold a Tandem Skydiving Instructors License enabling me to take people on their first skydive! I also "jumped" into doing skydiving videography, and learned how to skysurf! I ride my own Harley and an Indian, and I ride as often as possible. I'm a competitive Bodybuilder and love to coach fitness. I love any style of horseback riding especially cattle drives, and I competed in cattle sorting. I love skiing, roller coasters, roller skating, surfing, and all "things that go fast!" You're probably seeing a theme by now.....So, it seemed only natural that I keep my adrenaline flowing by opening my own business! I've been in the staffing industry since the 90s. Since then I've been a Recruiter, Manager, Trainer, BD builder, and Director of Healthcare Staffing. Fast forward, and now I'm a working Founder, Do-it-all-er, and Chief in Charge of making a future. Owning a small business has been a challenge and a blessing in so many ways! I'm finding that I enjoy having a platform to make right the things that I've seen wrong in our industry. My goal for Sola is to support our clients with fast and efficient sourcing and recruiting services and to present them with only the most qualified Candidates. We want to become a valued Staffing Partner by fostering a relationship based on trust, service, and affordability. My goal for our Candidates is to offer exceptional career opportunities suited to their unique skills, personality, and experience.
