Growing up in an entrepreneurial household where my parents built and sustained their own venture in a challenging third-world economy, I learned firsthand the power of resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking.As an immigrant, I have a deep appreciation for globalization and the opportunities it creates across borders. I firmly believe that preparing young people for success starts with developing entrepreneurial and leadership skills.With experience building and running several businesses, and a background in teaching business and technology to high school and junior high students, I’ve had the privilege of helping young people bring their visions to life. I am honored to now lead the Kingsway Young Entrepreneurs' Academy (KYEA), bridging the gap between traditional education and real-world skills for students aged 12-18.KYEA empowers students from diverse backgrounds to carve their own paths, guiding them from idea generation to business launch, including pitching and competitive experiences. Our evolving, student-centered curriculum has been shaped by valuable insights from previous cohorts, ensuring that each program iteration offers even more value.Through KYEA, students gain hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world exposure, building practical skills, confidence, public speaking abilities, and a resilient mindset—tools that enable them to thrive in any environment. Many students go on to improve their grades, increase their chances of acceptance into top schools, and build skills that set them apart.I am committed to shaping a future generation of leaders and changemakers, creating a supportive community where young people can grow into confident, capable adults prepared to make a meaningful impact.
