My roles and responsibilities are:IT Department:• Take lead in managing special IT related projects of VisionFund. • Regularly report the progress and challenge encountered during the implementation of the project to the management team, executive tem, and/ or board of director and recommend for corrective action if necessary. • Provide technical advice as well as management advice to IT Manager.• Work with IT Manager Develops the IT strategic plan and ensures that the IT capabilities are proactively responsive to the needs of the company’s growth objectives;• Identifies emerging information technologies to beassimilated, integrated, aligned to the architecture andsystems platform strategy and introduces within the organization;• Work with IT manager to prepare annual plan and budget for IT Department.• Regularly work with IT manager in monitoring the progress of implementation of IT POAMarketing Department:• Formulate and timely revise the comprehensive annual department business plan and budget to be in line with the Institutional growth. • Coordinate with the senior management to develop/ revise long term and annual VisionFund Business Plan including both the financial projection and the narrative business plan. • Formulate the marketing strategy to promote VisionFund brand name to the public; • Develop and revise (if necessary) Marketing, Office & Admin, and Communication manual. • Ensure the proper “system” and “control” of Systems and Communications Department. • Monitor and follow-up the Systems and Communications staff on implementations of the action plan to ensure the smooth process of all activities set in the annual Systems and communications Plan. • Provide content; review product press releases and act as the product line spokesperson. • Develop and when needed implement a media crisis and child protection incident plan.

As an International staff providing Technical Support on Core Banking System to other MFIs under World Vision International with network in more than 40 countries.
