I am a clinician-researcher dedicated to improving care for people living with chronic pain and fatigue. As Clinical Director at Vive Pain & Fatigue, my focus is in integrative, whole-of-person physiotherapy for individuals with complex health needs. Alongside my clinical work, I am pursuing a PhD exploring rural pain management through a critical rural spatial justice lens, combining my passion for evidence-informed practice with a commitment to addressing systemic barriers in healthcare. More broadly, my professional and research interests include pain and fatigue management, invisible illnesses, complexity science, person-centered care, neurodivergence, and psychological/suicidal distress in physiotherapy. I’ve presented on these topics to both professional and public audiences in Australia and internationally. I am also an active committee member of the NSW Branch of the Australian Physiotherapy Association Pain Group, and previous Pain Revolution Local Pain Educator, Mentor and Project Lead.As a Titled Pain Physiotherapist, I hold a Professional Certificate in Pain Science from the University of South Australia, and a Master of Science in Medicine (Pain Management) from the University of Sydney. I established Vive Pain and Fatigue in 2022, an innovative online health service offering integrative, whole-of-person care for individuals living with pain, fatigue, and invisible illnesses.
