Led global Employer Brand projects, including employee research (quantitative and qualitative, 10+ countries, 10,000+ employees), employee engagement data analysis and insight, design & facilitation of employer brand development workshops. Developed Employer Brand communication and activation strategies, including reviews of HR strategy and talent management with companies such as Avon, Unilever, Lafarge, Areva, Standard Bank, The John Lewis Partnership. Responsible for managing BP’s strategic graduate development programme in key emerging markets (Angola, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Middle East & Pakistan), as well as UK. Global Programme budget $5M, total of 800 graduates. Delivery of strategic review to reposition BP programme as best in class. Led elements of review developing new models for delivery of learning, & integration of graduate development into other talent pipelines. Led project to improve systems, policies, & communications for existing graduate population. Line management responsibility for 2 individuals.
