At CELLINK I was responsible for setting up the marketing department and I am currently in charge of marketing for the APAC region.My responsibilities include keeping up relations with our stakeholders as well as having created a unified marketing strategy for all markets. During this time I have been working closely both with R&D and the sales department to create an impact full and creative strategy for a rapidly growing product portfolio(we launched 6 hardware and over 50 consumables in the last year).As a Marketing Director, I assisted HR with setting up the company's on-boarding process of new hires, and set up an educational platform for our customers to bring our technology forward in collaboration with key partners and customers.During my time at CELLINK, our marketing efforts have helped the company grows into a multinational company which's business scope in more than 50 countries, turnover grow with over 200% and media impact with over 300% both in social and traditional media. When I was working at Siemens my team was in charge of the launch for two of the biggest products in that portfolio. Where I created the local marketing material and strategies for great China area that is still in use today for that product line-up. My work involved Copy-writing & publishing marketing materials for exhibition, seminars, workshops, and customers visit for four product series, also brand Siemens' product and share application skills for customers on social media.Support direct sales projects from the perspective of the marketing department, demonstrate and present the clinical capabilities of the concerned products and applications to customers and prospects, apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and reproduce customer complains and assist the engineering teams to resolve issues when needed.During this time I worked with event management, establishing reference sites, evaluate and improve the operation process, and support the sales team to achieve a three-year business continuous growth.
