• Responsible for all of the talent acquisition (Manager and manager level above positions) related activities for regional offices (Shanghai, Beijing, Qinhuangdao) and 5 plants in China.• Acts as liaison between US and locations on talent acquisition reports, such as recruitment map, key talent profile, succession plans, talent mapping chart etc.;• Work closely with BU HRs to enable effective communication on talent acquisition policies and efficient talent pipeline, etc.;• Expand geographical coverage of job internal posting from regional offices to whole China to ensure employees have a broader platform for career advancement, contribute for talent retention, and talent development from talent acquisition aspect;• Help on the announcements for new hires and internal transfers to realize timely and effective internal communication on human resource changes of the regional offices;• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external channels to facilitate efficient and effective talent acquisition process for both regional offices and the related business unites in China;• Continuously improve talent acquisition process, internal job transfer processes, etc.• Successfully placed roles: China President, Asia Pacific CFO, Asia Pacific C&B Manager, Finance Manager, Senior Legal Counsel (legal head in China), sales Director, sales managers, Market Manager，etc.Acting HR Manager for Kawneer (a BU of Arconic group) ：• In The meantime, I have acted as HR Manager for one of Arconic business-building and construction business (Kawneer brand) in China from 2015 to middle of 2018;• Together with Kawneer GM, I have contributed in talent acquisition, talent planning, Key talent retention, talent development, etc. However, due to global restructuring, Kawneer brand closed its operation in China in 2018.Global initiated projects ：• Collaborative coaching training program；• Apply Taleo through China Region；• Employer branding program: toolkit for China region.
