Sr. Payroll Analyst
CurrentLead ADP Workforce Now implementation for multiple entities.Process semi-monthly, multi-state payroll for 780+ exempt and nonexempt employees, including termination, new hire, bonuses, leave and other off-cycle checks.Responsible for yearly and quarterly state and Federal reporting, payroll adjustments, and JEs for month end closing and audits.Verify compliance and keep current with the federal, state and local payroll requirements.Partner with the HR team to accurately process and audit benefit deductions and resolve any employee questions.Process yearly and quarterly audit for state, 401k, pre-tax benefits, and LOA.Develop a systematic auditing process and document according to SOX.
