I have started my IT journey in 2016 and, since then I have been involved in several international projects for the Telecommunications market as a Business Analyst and as Lead Solution Designer.I have worked closely with different customers to understand their complex environments, gathering main requirements for business & technology teams in order to design fit for purpose solutions.I am always eager to learn and since 2020, I have been increasing my knowledge in Business Intelligence and Analytics with focus in Microsoft Cloud technologies.On 2022, I have joined Microsoft as a Big Data Support Engineer, where I am still focused in helping customers not only to solve complex issues, but also act as advisor to find the best solutions. As always, taking the opportunity to continue expanding my knowledge and focusing on data engineering area.
