In 2013 Danone has launch the CRM program and I was the responsible for the customer service.-Manage large amounts of incoming contacts (CRM)-Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication-Handle customer complaints (products and CRM program), provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution-Admnistration of the communication with the plant in order to understand the problem that leed to the customer complaint.
