Facebook Channel Investment/Innovation Strategy, Growth & Ad-Tech ‣ Led a team of ~10 people managers & individual contributors responsible for the strategy and execution of FB consumer-facing advertising campaigns with a half billion $ annual advertising budget globally across all products in the Facebook consumer marketing product portfolio (Brand, Reputation, Watch, Groups, Marketplace, Dating, WhatsApp, International, Gaming, and more). ‣ With the goal of making FB the best marketers on FB, built capabilities for this newly established in-house paid social team and defined its vision and priorities — driving innovation and best practice adoption across media strategy, testing/measurement frameworks, ad tech, and creative.‣ Spearheaded channel-specific A/B Testing roadmap, execution, best practices, and rollout.Cross-Functional Leadership ‣ Partnered closely with internal stakeholders within Marketing, Product, Insights & Analytics, Marketing Strategy & Operations, Creative, Ads Monetization, and Global Sales teams.‣ Key owner of CMO-led initiatives such as KPI Dashboard, and FB onsite signal workstream. ‣ Spearheaded Grow with Marketing initiative, a CMO-led taskforce to support employees' career growth with a variety of programs such as career chats, newsletters, training resources.
