Responsibilities include handling 340 agencies in Broward county. Build relationship with my agents/CSRs to train them in the use of our web site. Help agencies with marketing ideas and plans to bring in new business and also with any issues agents may have with any policies or Underwriting of any flood policies. Coordination and attendance of CE Classes and Conventions in my territory. Attend and build relationships with Insurance Associations in South Florida. Write monthly reports to maintain Senior Management appraised of market conditions in my territory.

Responsibilities included underwriting accounts from $2,000 to $75,000 in premium. Processing all supporting endorsements and issuance of policies, invoicing new business and renewal accounts, prepare risk analysis for all my accounts. Direct contact with brokers on all accounts. Assist with preparing all accounts above $75,000 for the Account Executive to underwrite. Back up for all property underwriting.

Responsibilities include renewing accounts, processing endorsements, communicating with clients and processing short term policies. Send out past due statements and process certificates of insurance for clients. Underwrite new projects for entertainment related clients and advise on coverages needed. Marketing of accounts.

Responsibilities included inputting information regarding new business into system, generating invoices and sending all appropriate correspondence, routing incoming mail, faxing for Underwriters. Answer incoming telephone calls pertaining to renewal, balance due on accounts and other miscellaneous questions, typing and mailing of affidavits, all follow-up information on memos, letters and form letters, creating reports ;as requested by Underwriting Director, processing of non-renewal letters, endorsements and all certified letters, maintenance of various information logs. Typing of letters and endorsements of Master Policy accounts. Transcription of Board meeting tape. Composing, typing and routing correspondence. Preparing outgoing mail.

Responsibilities included supporting 7 countries, running billing and reports for all accounts. In charge of making and keeping backups for the system database. Miscellaneous reports as requested by the countries and operations department.
