Aspired Futures is a local independent voluntary charitable organisation offering long term, bespoke therapeutic support packages to the most vulnerable children and young people across Blackpool. I have worked with Aspired Futures for 8 years since the organisation began. I run creative based workshops focused on helping hard to reach children engage in activities that nurture their emotional, practical and social needs that their home environments cannot provide. I also take the children and young people on residential trips to the Lake District throughout the year.

I successfully produced daily reports and managed spreadsheets to fully outline the status and schedules of new products waiting to go live on Very.co.uk. Managing high volumes of emails and requests to create job listings for the creative team and photography studios. Demonstrating the ability to be one step ahead, identifying problems with product schedules and communicating this so schedules are not interrupted or overdue.• Using Microsoft packages at an advanced level, to track and monitor products’ progress from suppliers, to Live on site, identifying any issues and resolving these.• Book studio photo-shoots for samples sent from suppliers and move products between shoot listings as appropriate to ensure photographs are taken and products can be live on site in the quickest time possible.• Liaise with Buyers/Merchandisers to help them transfer their products live on site.• Analyse progress of assets to identify any potential issues or delays in schedules.

My main role was to assist the management team in all aspects of their job focusing on the company’s high quality customer service and revenue generation. • Maintaining all the office administration; Writing letters, raising invoices, filing, receiving payment and issuing receipts and keeping all students records up to date.• Assist in arranging viewings helping to manage the student renewal and expansion process.• Ensure billing, assisting with debt collection and using the finance package Kinetic Solutions to input and extract financial information.

My role as a Residential Engagement Officer at Liverpool Hope University involved living in the halls of residence for two years working as part of a team to help the students adjust to independent living acting as the students main point of contact should they have any pastoral or emergency issues. • Regular on call emergency night duty shifts. • Running weekly meetings and drop in sessions to gain advice and support on a range of pastoral issues.• Arranging and managing all the social events on campus throughout the year for the students. • Working closely with other departments in the university to ensure that the students’ needs are met.
