Demonstrated success presenting via live presentations, webinars and video conferencing.SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS Coaching: Created and implemented a coaching and mentoring program for 45 Worldwide Operations supervisory/management employees at Symantec. This 5 year program included extensive mentoring and 1:1 follow up meetings with each individual to facilitate career development.Mentoring: Designed and implemented a mentoring program as the leader of the MBA recruiting team for the CFO organization over a 3 year period. This included coaching peer V.P.’s on how to mentor as well as monthly meetings with 5 mentees to assist in their professional growth/development.Training: Consulted with a number of companies providing leadership, management and personal development training. This unique approach involved 1:1 meetings with the participants andtheir direct manager to achieve measurable results.Course Design: Created and taught a management training course for over 25 people. Program included workbook materials, exercises and required reading. All participants were in my organizationwith the achieved goal of ensuring a common managerial philosophy at all levels.
