I thrive on balancing multiple businesses simultaneously and revel in the life lessons each venture offers me.I attribute my entrepreneurial spirit to my Peruvian roots. I take nothing for granted and am constantly looking for ways to innovate and invest in my team. One of my greatest joys is mentoring my female Hispanic employees - broadening their ideas of what they are capable of in both their personal and professional lives.Outside of work, I keep busy raising my two daughters and passing down what I’ve learned so they can walk through life empowered and independent.
