Initially I acquired a diploma as B. Sc. Engineering, upon which I added a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing Management (HD-A). That was followed by a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Organization (HD-O), and most recently an Executive MBA from Henley Business Colleague. With that I can offer a comprehensive back ground into technical challenges, sales, marketing, organization- and staff management, operating at both operational and strategic levels.A significant part of my career has been within New Product Development and project management. It runs from identifying market opportunities, establishing business cases, managing the idea portfolio and taking it all the way to actual market introduction. As head of engineering I have also been responsible for the technical development and verification. As head of Product Management I have been responsible for the product life cycle, product- and application support plus price positioning and management. As responsible for Marketing I have planned and rolled out the consolidated communication package.I operate internationally with respect for cultural and linguistic diversity. I speak fluently Danish, English, German, additional Spain at lower level.
