Experienced R&D Manager with a demonstrated track list of new products in an international environment. Making products in the hygienic industry requires a close cooperation with raw material suppliers, customers and end-customers. Always with a focus of safe in use, process to make the product and the end product itself. Making this happen require understanding of materials, process, product and customers. As a R&D Manager I have been one of the main focal points to make this happen since 2009. Prior to this I have had several positions giving me a broad foundation for my current position, including Black Belt, QA manager, Lab manager, Process Technology manager among other. I have been leading people in various roles since 1998 from highly skilled specialists to laboratory assistants. My style for leading people is to require solid work, but always with support and encouragement. I truly like to see people achieve more than they expected themselves. Since 2003 I have been part of the leadership group and have a very broad understanding of interaction within a company and with external stakeholders.
