I've been in the IT business since 2005 (IBM, JN Data and SCR Freelance), 5 years as customer facing in IT Service Management, 8 years of manager experience as people manager from the IT-business and further 2 years from the retail business.I’m stabile and constantly seek to improve and develop - both my employees and my self. I search for optimization of work process and methods to create a more effective business model beneficial for the company, the clients and the employees. I develop and implement strategies that underpin the companies Vision and Values. The thread in my working career is relationship based service in different contexts. As a leader and employee, I’m characterized by high performance and my leadership style is appreciative and relationship-based. I’m a planner and organizor and know how to ensure how a task is performed from start to end.I am passionate about motivating my colleges to be the best version of themselves in order to achive the companies goals, their own goals and the goals I set for/with them. I tend to set ambitious goals but this is because I strongly believe we can achieve more than we think we can.
