During my time in the Crowd Management department, I was part of a truly great team of people. The position included several responsibilities, such as:- Feasibility analysis of potential clients to assess the project feasibility. This included the assessment of the internal tester resources in close communication with the Sales and Project Management departments and customers from large corporates.- Coordination of a community event to invite 15 testers to Munich for a workshop with a German workers union. The workshop's goal was to get a better understanding of the needs of crowdworkers and how we can improve. This topic has always been important for Testbirds, ultimately leading to a Crowdsourcing Code of Conduct: http://crowdsourcing-code.com/- Expanding the Testbirds Crowd from 100,000 to over 300,00 testers in over 193 countries across the world.
