I strive to be an accomplished leader by focusing on developing my leadership skills through experience and education. I have extensive experience within the maritime, energy and power industry. I am currently serving as the CEO of Nordhavn Power Solutions A/S, where I lead the organization towards achieving sustainable and innovative solutions for our clients. Before that, I held the position of Chief Technical Officer in the company for over eight years.Prior to become CTO and later on CEO at Nordhavn Power Solutions A/S, I served as a Service Manager at Nordhavn for two years, where I specialized in the repair, maintenance, and optimization of diesel engines, generator systems, propulsion systems, and other diesel-based installations. My role also involved coordinating with service partners and professionals around the world to ensure high-quality service to our clients.Earlier in my career, I worked as a Service engineer / Service Coordinator at Nordhavn for five years, where I gained hands-on experience in coordinating service activities, troubleshooting and repairing of diesel engines, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Before that, I worked as a Blacksmith at H.P Staal & Montage for a year and as a Marine Engineer in The Danish Navy for 6 years. Overall, my diverse work experience has equipped me with a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle complex challenges in the energy and power industry.
