As the Chief Instructor at Volocopter Air services, I am responsible for creating and implementing the conceptual flight training standards and instructor team, for one of the world's first electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. With over 10 years of experience as a helicopter flight instructor, examiner, chief pilot and project management, I bring knowledge and expertise in aviation safety, regulation, and innovation to this pioneering concept.I am passionate about shaping the future of flight and bringing innovative air mobility to life. I understand the underlying driving forces of the aviation sector and thrive on driving change, leading and developing highly skilled teams, managing risks and changes, while ensuring compliance, safety and excellence in all aspects of flight operations and training.
