In charge of implementing, maintaining and developping the capabilities of Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) across all the countries of the Metro Group.

I am a member of the Digital Transformation team, focusing on two main objectives: productivity gain for our employees and a better shopping experience for our clients.I was successfully in charge of the deploy and progress of many digital projects, with budgets of more than 5 m€, such as: * Equipping Carrefour stores with Electronic Shelf Labels, with a great positive impact on the price image and an important productivity gain * Creating a Digital Checklist App for the recurring tasks of the Operational Teams and internal audits of the Support Departments * Creating an Automatic Scheduler App for the cashiers in order to properly cover the customer flow, the employees’ needs and the legal constraints * Fraud detection App via artificial intelligence and video recognition * DLC management solution fighting against the food waste * Bus App measuring the profitability of the bus lines we offer to the clients * School App showing the status of every trainee inside the company * Carrefour VR Store – successfully tested at Bucharest Tech Week in 2019

I had the privilege to serve most of the Business Units of Carrefour, including Supermarkets, Supeco, Convenience Stores and E-Commerce and to work closely to many Operational Directors with different styles and needs.I am proud that I created and coordinated a valuable team of 8 people, that guided the Operational by offering financial advices in order to achieve the company’s goals.For the Supermarket BU, I created an awareness campaign by providing to every store employee the financial results of their store in a very simple way.I was part of the team that promoted inside the organization the Omnichannel mindset, by presenting to our employees the importance of both online and offline channels.The acquisition of ex Billa chain in 2016 was an important challenge for me, including the people integration and implemented best practice approach.Together with the Operational team, we launched a successful financial model for Franchised and Supeco stores.I coordinated the annual budgeting of the P&L account at Business Unit and store level and also I set up the annual bonus targets for the stores.Me and my team, we analyzed the financial results actual vs. budget / n-1, benchmarking between stores; we identified the main gaps, proposed and pursued corrective action plans.

I was in charge of financial wealth of 13 Hypermarkets in the South Area.

I managed the financial tasks of the Orhideea Hypermarket, the number one store at company level on sales and profitability.I coordinated a team of 50+ employees, including the departments of goods reception and ordering center.
