I was involved in the intallation of all the refrigeration equipment, consulting the client regarding the best solution they could choose, based on the technical requirements, visual aspects and energy consumption.The main challenge was that is was an international project and there was competition from local companies, so we had to provide an innovative solution - a heat recovery system. Several meetings with the client were necessary in order to persuade them of the quality of our solution.Besides negotiating the technical solution and the prices, I was involved in identifying a team of specialized technicians who were able to install the equipment. I recommended several such teams to the client, and three of them were selected. During the project delivery, I supervized the activity of these technicians, in order to ensure the quality of their work. Within this project, I was involved from the solution identification and discussion, offering stage, project design installation and commissioning. the total duration of the project, including solution discussion and offering, was five months.
