• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. • Ensure that each project is in accordance with contractual technical specification. • Minimizes exposure and risk on project.• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and send to client as per contractual request.• Project management cost benefit and cash flow analysis. • Project tracking and reporting until the project is finalized (WFAT inspection report) and shipped.

• Reviews requests, determines probable sources, solicits bids, prepares ordering documents, and maintains market data relative to suppliers and prices. • Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information, such as price, payment terms, availability, and delivery schedule. • Estimates values according to knowledge of market price.• Prepares purchase orders as per BOM material specifications.• Reviews bid proposals and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority. • Return to suppliers the inadequate materials from qualitative point of view ( based on quality NCR),or materials phase out or out of order during the period of guarantee, and take corrective actions pursuit stocks completion. • Monitor the Stock and the internal movement of goods• Approve invoices for payment.

• Reception of materials from all over the country and abroad;• Materials distribution to subcontractors; • Keep the evidence of stocks and goods supplied; • Pursuit orders deliveries by suppliers; • Perform transport orders and improvement of transports; • Weekly pursuit of consumes plan the materials necessary;• Return to suppliers the inadequate materials from qualitative point of view or materials out of order during the period of guarantee; pursuit stocks completion.
