- Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems.- Working with Identity Manager & Federation Technologies such as OAUTH, SAML, Open ID, Mobile Authsolutions.- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues.- Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threatsand efficiency.- Trainings on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management.- Stay up-to-date on current IAM threats and industry solutions.

- Handle all incoming requests for the Microsoft Consultants that pertain to my designated area.- Identify requestor's needs for finding the best people to mitigate the requirements.- Track resource utilization for a continuous and seamless staffing process- Create daily staffing reports, track resource project planning, and usage status. - Create weekly reports about information on forthcoming projects and openings for certain technical skills- Keeping close contact with Project Mangers and Lead Resource Managers to ensure our reports reflect availability for delivery on any urgent incoming project

- Insert and update data in the internal IP Management System.- Check status of patents and trademarks in on-line databases and communicate effectively inEnglish with customers.- Perform administrative duties as needed.- Meet deadlines and follow-up on commitments.- Submitting registration requests for patents and trademarks at National and InternationalOffices.

- As part of this role I had around 50 people under my supervision which I had to assist withtraining and constant updates and newsletters about internal procedures.- Taking supervisor calls when needed.- Creating invoices for purchases made by customers.- Tracking orders and making sure that the fulfilment process is handled as per estimated timeon arrival.- Updating procedures in order to meet customer needs.- Correcting any errors related to upcoming promotions or technical specifications of productsby generating tickets to the maintenance team .- Helping the sales team achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Answering phone calls from worldwide customers in regards to Microsoft products. - Pitching and selling Microsoft software and hardware products to customers. - Offering technical support to customers for Office products. - Providing support to customers via email when needed

- Maintaining court calendars and handling and assembling documents such as subpoenasjudicial orders, writs, injunctions, and judgments. - Reviewing briefs, motions and lawsuits submitted to the court to ensure they are accurate. - Transcription of court documents.- Maintaining the docket of scheduled cases and recording all information when a case wascompleted.
