- Coordinate a team of researchers to publish articles on Climate Change related issues (currently 50 articles published or awaiting publishing),- Proof-read and edit all the articles that are published on the platform,- Built and maintain the Infoclima.ro online platform,- Coordinate the communication with mass-media in order to promote the republication of articles published on InfoClima.ro.- Expand the network of contributors and partner media organizations to improve the quality of public discussion on climate change related issues.

Coordinated a team of highly motivated researchers to contribute to sustainable transition and strategy development in Europe. As part of weTHINK team I:- Conducted primary and secondary research on construction and energy infrastructure projects in CEE;- Managed a team of 7 researchers collecting data on the relevant projects from the region;- Worked with the design and IT colleagues to implement our product on the platform;- Edited strategic project analyses (18) delivered by my team;- Organized and moderated 3 conferences with more than 100 registered participants.- Moderated 4 roundtable meetings with relevant industry stakeholders from CEEC region.
