DSA was operating as a private company and received subsidies from the government in accordance with the NDIS. Key achievements: • designed, implemented and managed new operational processes which improved Net Profit by $1.25Mil in 4 years and increased Sales revenue from $2Mil to $5Mil in 6 years • in 2017 successfully managed full fit out of new premises (Production and Warehouse), including architectural drawings, quotes and coordination of all contractors. This involved building Clean rooms, Cool room and Freezer governed by HACCP, GMP, ISO accreditations audited annually.• relocated the whole Factory and Plant to new premises in one week without compromising any jobs• designed, implemented and managed a sophisticated system for handling the packaging of Snack Packs for all Qantas Domestic and Regional flights.
