I continued to manage the College Confidential community after the website was sold by Hobsons. College Confidential is the web's largest online college focused community with more than 18m visitors a year.Achievements / Accomplishments:• Piloted a Community Content Calendar initiative to inform on what topics to cover throughout the academic year; project received great feedback from management and was thus scaled into a company-wide approach• Launched the Student of the Week initiative, which increased student-to-student interactions• Curated content for and led the creation of six "Student Voices" eBooks• Designed, planned, and executed the three largest on-site campaigns (i.e. March Madness, December Madness, and First Day of Classes) to maximize traffic, up registration, and increase engagement• Organized expert forum events with renowned admissions consultants, which garnered strong positive community feedback and increased site engagement• Recruited and managed a team of 6-10 forum moderators and 20-30 forum administrators• Led the upgrade to a new forum software provider by designing and implementing the communication and change management strategy
