- Lead project on-site and supervise subcontractors when it's needed (manage between 2 and 6 people)- Ensure the safety of the workers, ensure workers have the proper training to complete tasks- Manage, guide, mentor, motivate, and lead workers toward accomplishment of project goals- Attend onsite safety meetings; fill up "Field Level hazard assessment" daily - Able to read and understand building specifications, blueprints, and other construction documentation- Working on heights ( ladders / scaffolds / scissor-lifts)- Communicate on a daily basis with Project Managers and shop foreman to ensure the project has all the supplies and materials required to complete the job-Using Procore or Fieldwire to ensure that all our deficiencies are completed

• Reporting to the Production Manager• Assigns jobs and/or specific tasks to workers based on the job schedule and the worker abilities• Checks that the quality of workmanship is to the company’s standards• Check that the work is done in a safe manner and safety procedures are followed• Directs the paint shop• Receives material, or directs an employee to ensure that the receiving procedures are followed• Ensures the premises are kept tidy and maintained• Ensures adequate supervision is present during overtime when foreman is not present• Makes recommendations to production manager concerning employees wage increase, layoffs• Responsible for having employees trained

-Reporting to the Owner, works in the office, the shop, and on-site to plan, build, and install custom solid wood products for residential and commercial customers on both new build and renovation projects. -Ensures reliable production and installation of high-quality, custom millwork by: -Working from design specs to verify measurements and to source and prepare materials; -Programming, running, and maintaining CNC machinery;-Installing completed products; and, -Working with general contractors when required to ensure satisfaction. -Provides training and direction to shop staff to build skills and maintain high quality production.-Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow, allowing for on-time completion of projects.

-Reporting to the President, led a team of 6 with oversight for materials preparation in support of high-volume production of solid wood furniture for export markets as well as custom products for local markets. -Managed the supply and precise organization of all required materials including ordering, receiving, and development of specifications for production of each component. -Ensured timely troubleshooting of any production issues. -Designed blueprints and executed their schematics for custom products
